Perle on Maple at The Stoneleigh Introduces New Autumn Menu
Autumn brings a slew of seasonal culinary delights to cook with from sweet root vegetables and hearty greens to sturdy winter squash and crisp, sweet apples. Led by Executive Chef Wade Burch, Perle on Maple, the eclectic bistro tucked inside The Stoneleigh, is welcoming autumn with comforting new dishes and cocktails that embrace locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.
Small plates may be small in size but big in flavor, such as Wagyu Short Rib Ravioli, house-made Meatballs, Maryland Style Crab Cakes, Roasted Rainbow Carrots, and Sweet Potato Gnocchi. Notable new entrées include the Red Wine Braised Lamb Shank, Chicken Milanese, and Grilled Branzino, a Mediterranean sea bass served whole with cauliflower puree, artichoke hearts, grilled fennel and herb salad. These new items join signature favorites like the Duroc Pork, Steak Frites, and Herb Roast Chicken.
Flavorful sandwiches have been added to the lunch menu like the Blackened Salmon BLT, Perle Grilled Cheese made with fontina, cheddar, and Havarti, and Black Angus Burger. Add chicken, steak, or salmon to the Harvest Kale and Brussel Salad or the Fall Lettuces Salad, drizzled with maple-black pepper dressing, for a healthier lunch option.
Save room for delectable desserts! Pumpkin Cheesecake is drizzled with a mouth-watering caramel sauce and pumpkin seed brittle. Bourbon Pecan Pie with butter pecan praline ice cream and Warm Apple Crisp topped with cinnamon ice cream are a must!
The spirit of fall has been shaken, strained and served in new spirit-forward and sparkling cocktails at Perle on Maple, joining an impressive list of over 75 bottles of wine and champagne. Celebrate the changing of seasons with the Pumpkin Spice White Russian featuring pumpkin spice Kahlua, Tito’s Vodka, heavy cream and nutmeg, and the Maple Avenue Cider with apple brandy, local apple cider, lemon, honey and egg white foam. Toast the many holiday festivities with joyful sparkling cocktails, such as the Winter Pear Sparkler with pear brandy, pear nectar and champagne, and the Holiday Fizz with pomegranate juice, Tito’s Vodka, St. Germaine and champagne.
Perle on Maple’s restaurant and bar is the hub for locals and travelers alike, with relaxing and comfortable seating areas in the restaurant and bar and two beautiful outdoor patios with fire pits. Perle on Maple’s barista bar offers perfectly crafted coffee and tea creations by the notable tea sommelier and barista, Manual Adame, as well as breakfast pastries from 6:30 AM – 10 AM daily. Happy Hours, 3PM – 7PM, Monday through Friday, offer food and drink specials.
