Team #FriedmanPR has Expanded!
We are excited to introduce our two new public relations interns, Julia Fife and Alexandria “Lexie” Hairston. We reviewed hundreds of resumes and interviewed at least 30 potential candidates on the phone. Our finalists had an additional in-person interview and were required to take a pop culture quiz and write a press release in 20 minutes to reflect their PR knowledge, creativity, and writing skills. Julia and Lexie impressed, and we are thrilled that they have joined Team #FriedmanPR!
Julia graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in broadcast journalism. Not only is she a traffic anchor for several radio stations across the DFW area at iHeartradio, but she is also the fill-in traffic anchor at FOX 4 in DFW and FOX 7 in Austin. Lexie graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia with a double major in dance and public relations. She has had numerous internships and real-world PR experience at The Rock School for Dance Education, Philly PR Girl, PRowl Public Relations, and Temple University’s Dance Department. Now that she has returned to Dallas, she is looking for a dance company to call “home” and is enjoying the discovery process of learning about all the tremendous Arts organizations that Dallas has to offer. @Lexaayyy
